Cirrus Basics
The Cirrus delivers the most consistent and enjoyable electronic smoking experience you can find. Its powerful 250mAh Li-Po (Lithium Polymer) batter delivers 6-8 hours of smoking - up to 2 weeks in stand-by mode - with a short 1 to 3 hour recharge time.

The Cirrus is also supremely convenient. Its fully-disposable SimpleSmoke cartridge contains a patented no-leak nicotine supply and the flavoring of your choice. Each cartridge gives you 40 cigarettes worth of smoking pleasure.

When it's time for a new cartridge, simply throw the old one away and replace it with a new one. It's that easy.

Getting Started

To safely and effectively use the White Cloud Cirrus Electronic Cigarette and its accessories, please read and adhere to the following information.

Battery Charging

Cirrus batteries usually have a 90% charge from our factory and are ready to use right out of the box.

White Cloud has two different USB chargers in production.
Please follow the appropriate instructions:

To recharge the battery, insert the charger into any powered USB port such as a computer, AC or DC adapter.
Black USB Charger: Push the silver end of the battery into the round end of the USB charger until it clicks. A blue light on the USB charger indicates a fully charged battery. A red light on the USB charger indicates that charging is in process. The battery's orange indicator light ("ash" tip) may flash while the battery is charging. This is normal.
White USB Charger: Screw the battery into the threaded chamber of the charger, taking care not to over tighten. A green light indicates a fully charged battery. A red light indicates that charging is in process.
Charging a battery from 0% to 100% will take approximately 3 hours with the black charger and 1 hour with the white charger
When fully charged, your Cirrus battery should last for 6-8 hours of use, and up to 2 weeks in stand-by mode.
Once your battery is charged, it should be removed from the charger.
The charger should never be used in a damp environment.

Tip: Once the first battery is charged, insert the second battery into the charger so that it is also charged and ready to use.

Getting your White Cloud Cirrus ready for use

Remove the SimpleSmoke cartridge from the box. Remove the clear silicon caps and the clear plug from the bottom.
Connect your charged battery and the SimpleSmoke cartridge using a few clockwise turns. Take care not to over-tighten.
Simple inhale like you would a tobacco cigarette. The Cirrus will activate and you should see a smoke-like vapor.

Using your Cirrus

Operation Mode: As soon as you draw air from the SimpleSmoke cartridge, the battery will activate and the indicator light (gray "ash" tip) will illuminate.
Stand-by Mode: As soon as you stop drawing air from the SimpleSmoke cartridge, the battery goes into stand-by mode and atomization of the nicotine stops. The White Cloud Cirrus will stay in stand-by mode until you draw air from the cartridge again.
It is time to charge your battery when the indicator light begins to dim or flash.

Helpful Hints

To get the fullest amount of smoke and the best performance from your SimpleSmoke cartidge, take a 3-4 second drag in 10-15 second intervals. To increase the density of the smoke, you can cover 2 of the 4 holes where the cartridge and the battery meet.
If you are a heavy smoker (2-3 packs a day), alternate cartridges every 15-18 puffs to avoid "dry spotting" a cartridge. Alternating in this manner allows the liquid in the alternate cartridge to wick back towards the center. This prevents a dry or burned spot in the wadding.
If your White Cloud Cirrus stops producing vapor, charge the battery. If the battery is fully charged adn the Cirrus stops producing vapor, change the SimpleSmoke cartridge.
The SimpleSmoke cartridge may become warm during normal use. Because it contains a small heating element and produces steam, excessive overuse (i.e. 5 puffs in 10 seconds) can cause the SimpleSmoke cartridge to overheat and become hot.
Charge one Cirrus battery while using the other. This ensures that you will always have a Cirrus electronic cigarette available for use.
For convenience, store your Cirrus batteries and SimpleSmoke cartridges in your clamshell case (optional accessory) to prevent damage.

Warnings against abuse and improper use

Do not add any liquid to a cartridge or any component. Doing so will void any and all warranties.
You should not use this product if you are under the age of 18, are a non-smoker, if you have an allergy or sensitivity to nicotine or any combination of inhalants, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma or any other serious medical condition.
Certain studies suggest that nicotine may cause addiction in certain users. Should such dependency result, stopping use of the SimpleSmoke cartridge may cause discomfort and other potentially injurious effects. There have also been certain studies that indicate that nicotine may be dangerous if used in excess amounts.
Take care not to drop the unit, as this may cause damage to the battery and/or SimpleSmoke cartridge.
The charger should not be used outdoors, in a damp environment or near water.
Avoid storing the White Cloud Cirrus and SimpleSmoke cartridges in extreme temperatures (below 32 degrees F and above 125 degrees F).
To avoid risk of fire, burns, personal injury and electronic shock, it should not be places where children can reach.
Do not use attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
The battery should be charged only from the supplied USB charger connected to a USB port or an approved AC or DC adapter. Disconnect the cartridge from the battery when left unattended.
Do not place the unit or its charger near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles or other similar sources of heat.
Do not cover, mix, combine or otherwise use the SimpleSmoke cartridge with any products, materials or accessories other than those provided exclusively to users by and from the manufacturer.
Do not pierce the battery.
In case of peculiar smell, heat generation, discoloration, distortion or any abnormality of the battery during the charging process, disconnect the power supply, remove the battery from the charger and do not use the battery.

Service and Maintenance

Please note that maintenance or repair of your Cirrus is to be conducted only by White Cloud service department.

Warranty

Batteries and chargers are covered by a 6-month manufacturers warranty. A copy of the original receipt must be provided at the time of the warranty repair. This warranty does not cover nicotine filters or any other disposable items. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by neglect, misuse, modification, alteration, or any use of the product other than that for which it is intended. Dripping any liquid (such as nicotine fluid) into SimpleSmoke cartridges voids all warranties.
